• Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms.
• Conduct analytics to understand feature usage and improve user experience.
• Model improvement: By default, we do not use your non-public content to train public models. If we later introduce an opt-in program for model improvement, we will present a clear choice and settings.

• Professional Advisors & Authorities: auditors, legal counsel, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by applicable law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction subject to this Policy.

You may delete your uploaded documents at any time from within the Platform, and we will process such deletions in the ordinary course of operations.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising professional judgment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your non-public content is not used to train publicly available models. We may use aggregated and de-identified information to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our services.

The Platform is intended for adults and eligible legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
