This Policy applies to personal data processed by Judix when you access or use the Platform, including our website and products for AI-powered legal research, drafting assistance, and related features for legal professionals and eligible users.
2. Information We Collect
Account & Profile Information
Full name, email address, professional details (e.g., role, firm/organization), and any other information you provide during registration and profile setup.
Usage & Interaction Data
Search queries, clicks, features used, in-app actions, session metadata, device and technical identifiers (e.g., IP address, device type, operating system, browser), and general diagnostic data to maintain and improve the Platform.
Content You Provide
Documents, prompts, matter descriptions, notes, and other materials you upload or input into the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. We process it to deliver services you request and to secure and operate the Platform.
Billing & Payment Data
Payment instrument information (handled by payment processors), transaction amounts, plan details, and billing history necessary to manage subscriptions.
Support Communications
Messages you send to our support channels (email, chat, WhatsApp) and related metadata for troubleshooting and customer care.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform and its AI-powered legal research features.
- Authenticate users, prevent fraud/abuse, and ensure Platform security and integrity.
- Process your content to generate outputs requested by you (e.g., summaries, drafts, citations).
- Facilitate subscriptions, payments, invoicing, and account management.
- Provide customer support and communicate about service updates, changes, and notices.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms.
- Conduct analytics to understand feature usage and improve user experience.
- Model improvement: By default, we do not use your non-public content to train public models. If we later introduce an opt-in program for model improvement, we will present a clear choice and settings.

You may delete your uploaded documents at any time from within the Platform, and we will process such deletions in the ordinary course of operations.

11. AI Features & User Content
Our AI features process your inputs and documents to generate outputs you request (e.g., summaries, extractions, drafts). You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and exercising professional judgment. Unless expressly stated otherwise, your non-public content is not used to train publicly available models. We may use aggregated and de-identified information to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our services.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended for adults and eligible legal professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and/or in-Platform notices. Changes become effective on the date indicated at the top of this page.
